| Implemented in the year 1990 we have an 11 point
qualification annually with a .82 Experience Modification. We
use the BOS (Behavioral Observation System) System. We hold
meetings for Industrial accounts daily and other jobs are held
weekly.
In the interest of safety to our employees and our desire
to provide an accident free work environment, Hebert Construction
is committed to implementing a loss prevention program. We
do all that is possible to assist our employees safety awareness,
whereby they work with each other and with the support of
Hebert Construction Management to provide an accident free
environment.
The result of accidents by way of personal injury, grief,
economic hardship and property damage always outlive the short
amount of time it takes to do a specific job properly. Unfortunately,
these injuries, hardships and damages are often of a permanent
nature and a result of unsafe activities and attitudes.
This is why we at Hebert Construction require our employees
to work in a safe and efficient manner. Our employees are
asked to follow all company procedures, rules and regulations,
report any accident involving personnel, equipment or vehicles
to their supervisor immediately. Most importantly, we require
our employees to report any unsafe condition or activity which
has or is taking place to the supervisor immediately.
Our goal is to eliminate all accidents and mishaps. This
assures not only a healthy company, but also a healthy employee
to fully enjoy the fruits or their labors.
Our goal of no accidents is achieved by teamwork and the
full cooperation of everyone.
